Bio

Person. Simon Skinner runs the local Somerfield supermarket in Sandford, Gloucestershire. He also hosts Life Drawing classes at Town Hall, is an active member of the Neighborhood Watch Alliance, and is an accomplished and awarded fun runner. His teenage years studying ballet afforded him the unfortunate nickname of “Sissy,” which he laughs at in public. His cousin, Leslie Tiller, a horticultural expert and owner of her own shop, refers to him as “Cousin Sissy” and also thinks he can go f—

Appearance. White male; in his 60's (but well preserved); 6'2"; lean build with a bit of a paunch; mostly dark, receeding gray hair; small gray eyes; mustache. If you check back later there might be an audio sample of his voice.

Personality.

Canon. Skinner has not gone through the events of Hot Fuzz. This fact still remains: he's a bloody murdering murderer and he murders with Sandford's Neighborhood Watch Alliance, who kills anyone who threatens to tarnish or challenge the perfect image of their village. They haven't been caught for it yet, and they haven't been caught for it in twenty years, but that's soon about to change.

Milli-canon. Simon Skinner first entered the bar on June 12, 2007, and quickly found himself caught up in wacky bar hijinx. First he lost his memory, then he changed into a woman. Later, through no fault of free food or breath mints, a younger, 30/40something year old Skinner showed up, confusing everyone for being both young and borderline normal. Very few people batted an eye when he showed up in the bar carrying an axe covered in his father's blood. Simon Skinner has returned to being old and decrepit for now, though this does not seem to be much of a hindrance since he has acquired a much younger girlfriend, Ana Pascal. He hasn't been canon punctured but he knows about a James Bond actor who looks an awful lot like him.
